Weather Conditions: Overcast, 70?.

Description of Incident: Working fire in a vacant two-story, three-bedroom, tudor-style, single-family residential structure that was undergoing renovations. Fire had already been burning well before 911 was called. Fire was extinguished within approximately one hour (according to news reports). No injuries reported. Cause was determined to be accidental electrical due to contractors.

23:57 hrs: B-1 responding as Safety.
00:03 hrs: B-2 reporting main body of fire k/d. Checking for extensions.
00:05 hrs: B-2 reporting building is vacant and undergoing renovations.
00:17(?) hrs: Mask Service Unit (MSU) is also o/s.
00:41 hrs: OEM is leaving scene.

310 was 5th Engine. 314 as 4th due and FAST. Looks like Squad was on a another run.

2331hrs- Caller reports fire from neighbor's house.

2336hrs- E-313 rpts smoke showing from a 2-frame P/D. E-314 will be FAST. B-2 req. 5th Engine (310).

2340hrs- R-1 transmitting the 10-29 (Working Fire)

2348hrs- B-2 transmitting 10-30 (All-Hands), no exposure problems.
