Discription: On arrival at this fire FF's encountered a woman hanging her child out the window. also had a jumper from a 4th floor window and other civilian injuries. L32 positioned there rearmount to the window and removed numerous civilians. 1L/s and operated on the 5th floor of this 7 story 106x206 project type bldg. There were a total of (8)- 10-45's.
