Jason Ingram also posted some pics of the new rescues in production at Ferrara . . .




 
As the compartment configuration changed Or just different manufactures with the same layout
 
Same builder , Ferrara ...very minor compartment changes , mostly due to the DEF emission requirement.

It sure looks like it and in the past I haven't displayed any of the new equipment before it is received by FDNY. Also, recently a lot of the lettering etc. either hasn't been done or has been covered prior to and during shipment.
 
The first of the new rescues , R-5 will be at FDIC in Indy in April , then delivered to NYC.

with all the new restrictions on identification for the vehicles prior to being turned over to FDNY it will be interesting to see if R-5 has all the FDNY identification on it when it's displayed.

I'm guessing that it's a requirement that FDNY imposes on them.
