Isn't there a Purple K unit on Staten Island ? I thought that one is housed with Engine 152 ?

Another fire not far from Ada Drive. I hope the Fire Marshals have also noticed this. Several fires on Ada Drive and the vicinity have occurred last year and this year. Maybe NYPD should also do extra patrols in the area to apprehend the arsonist.

I wonder if the fire started on the 4th floor and spread to the cockloft or the other way around.

Blitz nozzles are made with a 3 inch intake. In the FDNY, where they are used, are they fed with a 2 1/2 line or do companies carry 3 inch hose specifically for use with a Blitz nozzle or do they ise a 3 1/2 inch line to supply the nozzle ?

Anyone have the specs on the pumpers ? 1,500 gpm or 2,000 gpm ?

Peopel throw lithium ion batteries away in their recycling and soetimes it ignites in the recycling plants. A big problem for those plants.
