Can anyone confirm if the units are back in quarters on Briggs Ave.? Engine 79 to Engine 62 Ladder 37 to Engine 81 Battalion 27 to Engine 81

Fire building barely 1/4 mile from the quarters of 79/37. Both companies temporarily relocated due to the fire several weeks ago.

Are you certain E52 relocated to E60? That’s highly unusual.

Chiefs do NOT get OT in the FDNY; it’s “comp time.”

Perhaps he’s taking a well deserved vacation? He & his work is certainly missed!!

Just speculating; The Bronx Borough Commander had the fire; The Queens Borough Commander went to the hospital to check on the injured members.

The fire building is perhaps 60 seconds away from the quarters of E52 & L52. E52 is NOT on the rundown. Were they OOS??

Until the new firehouse was opened on Liberty Street housing E10 & L10, the “B52’s” were the only engine and truck with the same numbers housed together.
