1029 - Div. 13 - AVFKD in the exposure. Primaries are negative in the fire building and are underway in the exposures.

1031 - Div. 13 - We need Con-Ed electric forthwith for live wires down.

1034 - Div. 13 - The fire building is 93-38 123 Street and we had extension to an attached exposure 4, 93-36 123 Street. Fire started on the 1st floor of 93-38 and extended to the 2nd floor and to the 1st floor of exposure 4.

1038 - Div. 13 - Transmit the 3rd Alarm. (Atlantic and 120 Street Staging)

1043 - Div. 13 - 5 L/S/O. Primaries are negative in exposure 4, secondaries are underway. AVFKD. We'll have extensive overhaul. DWH

1054 - FC - Special call 2 additional trucks (L-133 & TL-107).

1057 - FC - Secondaries are in progress in the fire building. Secondaries are negative in the exposure. PWH - Duration 41 minutes.
