With over 120 years of combined service to the FDNY and citizens of NYC, Bronx captains Joe ‘The Prince’ Principio, Tower Ladder 58; Richard Kirschner, Engine 88 and Frank Vignail, Division 7, met on Arthur Avenue.

All three of them have over 40 years on the job.
