Retaining wall collapse with two victims trapped behind a PD.
1317 - Bn. 40 - We have the collapse of a cinder block wall with 2 victims trapped. One victim is concious and the other is in cardiac arrest.
1319 - Bn. 40 - The wall is a retaining wall and not part of any structure.
1323 - Bn. 40 - We are in the process of digging out one of the victims. The other will be DOA.
1325 - Bn. 40 - Right now there appears to be only two victims. That is all we can see.
1337 - Div. 11 - We have 2 civilians being brought out from the rear of 454 42 Street.
1344 - FC - Per Div. 11 - All Hands - Continuing to remove two victims.
L-109 FAST - E-201 4th Engine - Bn. 48 All Hands Chief
1410 - FC - We've removed 2 workers, one yellow tag, one black tag. NYPD K-9 is still searching the area. PWH - Duration 1 hour 2 minutes.
1423 - FC - NYPD K-9 have completed their search. Under Control - Duration 1 hour 15 minutes.
