BC43 to BK: Transmit the box for this, we have smoke in 4F. We are investigating.
BK announcing box after initial, 3616, 2750 East 12 Street, Banner Avenue to Blake Court, smoke on the 4th floor
BK to E318: You responding to Box 3616?
E318: 10-4
BC43 to BK: Give a 10-75 for Box 3616
TL-153 FAST
CIDS: 7-story MD 100x40 class 2 lightweight "C" joists, Q decking, sprinkler system throughout. Fire system must be supplied.
BC43 to BK: Using All-Hands, kitchen fire in 4F. 2L/S, 1L/O. Primaries are being conducted. Fire was in the bedroom, not kitchen.
*E245 missed it, relocated to E255*
