I was attending an event at the New York Athletic Club this past Saturday. (Don't worry I had my coat and tie on the entire time so I would not get kicked out) I was there early so as any good fire officer I decided to size up the place. In their trophy room on the second floor the first thing that caught my eye as I walked in was a FDNY helmet w/ a 23 Engine shield. It was beautifully displayed in a case of a pedistal. I have attached a photo of the plaque. John you as always are a class act! Well done - I am sorry for not being able to get the helmet in the photo
