While returning to quarters from a false alarm, Fireman Neusch slipped while attempting to board the apparatus rear step as it was backing up at the pulled box location - Rockaway Road and Clinton Place, Woodhaven - to return to quarters. FF Neusch was run over by a wheel of the rig.
