Fireman James O'Dwyer - Engine 56

On June 29, 1926 Firemen Moran and O'Dwyer were both injured in a traffic accident responding to an alarm. The apparatus swerved to avoid hitting a motorcycle and the firefighters were thrown from the engine. Both of them died a day later from the injuries they sustained.
