The CIDS had nothing to do with the fire - the barges are like a mile away from the building in CIDS which is split between the SI3 district garage and the Richmond Boro Repair Shop - hence the lifts for heavy equipment

Figured they read the CIDS for address anyway but yes barge is not close to the building. L84 asked where on the property exactly and SI told them to respond to Muldoon Ave. entrance where the escort is. Maybe DSNY escort through site?
