I think it kinda looks like Cleveland Browns colors, especially the stripe on the bottom and the font on the 15. I don't know where West End is, but I hope it's not too close to Pittsburgh.

Reminds me of Wheeling WV colors and scheme , also the old Baltimore colors.

As a Clevelander, I have to agree. Those colors pretty much match the Browns.
