Virginia Beach *Working fire* 2957 Sand Bend Rd. E17 stretching on a large, two story, single family dwelling well involved.
E17 operating in rescue mode on the Charlie side. Reports of one person trapped
2½ line in operation on the Alpha side
E17 reporting this will be a defensive fire. Requesting L11 set up for aerial ops on their arrival
E17 has 2 victims removed from the Charlie side
BN4 assuming IC
Striking a 2nd alarm
E21 and E5 operating in the B exposure
IC also considered about the Delta exposure
E5 reporting bulk of the fire on the C side is K/D
Crews shutting down the master streams and going back to hand lines
E16 reporting there is a below grade propane tank activity leaking from the pressure release valve
IC reporting fire under control
