GEORGETOWN, DE (SUSSEX) HAZMAT/LEAK | WOOD BRANCH RD OFF ZOAR RD | TRUCK LOADED W/ LIQUID NITROGEN OVERTURNED. MULTIPLE MUTUAL AID ON SCENE. ONGOING SINCE 0755.

My comment: Don't know why this is called a hazmat incident. Nitrogen is colorless, odorless, non-toxic. Biggest danger is to touch it in liquid form since it is at least -320 degrees Fahrenheit. And, when released, it quickly disperses into the air unless it is dead calm. So why not just release it??? Seems the "multiple mutual aid" just increases the danger of getting somebody hurt (frozen feet, fingers, etc.) Am I missing something?
