Alot of it going to the 5 Star Migrant Hotelwow, you, New Yorkers must have a lot of money but I think a lot of it’s going to go to your mayors new defense fund 🤫😭
Lots of spares and equipment are included.Wow........$3,350,089.56 per rig for 9 rigs.
Curious why you think that? Because Hazmat is definitely included in this order. They are always made together… so that leaves 3 trucks… and what’s the oldest 3 trucks that are rescue types? Would be the (3) 2005 Mack Collapses which have been trying to get replaced before COVID.I'd still like to know which company will not be getting a dedicated spare.
That certainly sounds like a valid guess but was posted earlier that they were all the same and included winches etc.? If that's the case that would be strange for the configuration of the collapse rescues being the same.Curious why you think that? Because Hazmat is definitely included in this order. I’ll see if I can get some confirmation on this. That certainly sounds like a valid guess but was posted earlier that they were all the same and included winches etc.? If that's the case that would be strange for the configuration of the collapse rescues being the same.
The winches were on the original specI’ll see if I can get some confirmation on this.
Depends...was it encrypted?Maybe this is a NYPD order…
Only takes once to need em 🤷🏼♂️Are the decon units ever used?
Maybe the 6th rescue is the hazmat basically almost the same rig.Joe Pinto reports in the March/April issue of Fire Apparatus Journal that the Seagrave contract is for SIX rescues and FIVE collapse rescues. That makes eleven, not nine as mentioned above. Or is that two separate contracts? And why six rescues?
Should be back next month key word “should”Hazmat would make sense as the "New" one saw service for like a day. But maybe a 6th Reserve Spare Rescue Rig?
I thought that each Rescue had a ready to go spare in their quarters?Hazmat would make sense as the "New" one saw service for like a day. But maybe a 6th Reserve Spare Rescue Rig?
R6 is kept for emergencies as these Ferraras are always out of service. R4 R5 are both in there spare rigs.I thought that each Rescue had a ready to go spare in their quarters?
