Wouldn't Richmond Engine be sent anyway being that they're so close? Instead of say E167 whose probably at least 10 min further away. I don't know if they have staff there all the time or not.

Richmond Engine Is Obviously Volunteer.. Also, They Can't Replace An FDNY Unit.

Yes they don’t replace. Do operate on the SI freq. not sure if they can enter structure before 165/85, if at all. Being one of their first due boxes I wouldn’t be surprised if they were 10-84

Yes they can enter before FDNY. Their members are all certified in FF1.
