Emergency crews respond to partial building collapse in Yonkers
The four-story building at 9 North Broadway experienced a floor collapse.

Location: 9 North Broadway × Main St
Description: Wall collapse in the basement exposure 2 side took out 1st floor stairs and compromised building.
1048hrs- Occupant on 3rd floor called landlord reporting stairs collapsed, unable to get out.
E303, 306, 308, 309, L71, 72, 75, R1, Squad 11, Collapse Unit, B1
1053hrs- E303 on location rpts collapse 1st floor. PD with (1) victim in front of building.
1107hrs- B1 rpts TL71 removing occupants by tower ladder. Establishing a collapse zone.
1130hrs- Buildings Dept has condemned 7 and 9 North Broadway.
1250hrs- S/C E310, L72 for relief.
