From the FDNY Facebook page (FDNY photo):

"Saturday afternoon, #FDNY Marine 3 was patrolling and came across a two vessel collision in Shell Bank Channel in Brooklyn. They observed an 18-foot vessel with one person aboard and a smaller vessel with two people, one of whom was unconscious.
FF Terence Squires meticulously maneuvered Marine 3 alongside the smaller vessel. FF Christopher Mancini and FF Brandon Reilly transferred the unconscious patient to Marine 3 and began CPR. As they were maneuvering to rescue the other victims, @NYPD Harbor Adam arrived. Lt. Matthew Barbara radioed and briefed them on the situation, requesting their assistance with the remaining victims as they transported the most critical patient to waiting EMS members at nearby Venice Marina for immediate medical attention and transport. NYPD transported the two remaining people to shore.
'We quickly assessed the situation to rapidly respond and provide immediate medical care to these patients. This is something we frequently train for and all of our members did a great job,' said Lt. Barbara."
