LCC911 - Norfolk Southern has the rail line completely shut down north of Mocanaqua and south of Hanover Township. Advising they are holding a 134 car train. @ 23:22

Sorry, I lost the operational channel where I was at. From what I understand it turned out to be two groups of individuals, one on each side of the Susquehanna River, and there was no emergency or patients at either location. A bunch of manpower and equipment for people screwing around 🤬
