Updated location from PD: West 35 @ Boardwalk
BC43: No one is in the water at West 12, these units (E245, TL161) will be 10-8. We’re going to the new location of West 35 Street with E254 and L166.
M3 reports PD has an EDP in the water, PD is trying to get them on their boat
BC43: PD has 2 divers in. They’re bringing the person into the shore now. E254 and L166 will stand by on the beach to assist if PD needs
