RULE # 1 ...DO NOT SPIT ON THE BUS DRIVER.

The shame of this is that one of them has nothing to lose and the other his job.
No really, I used to be a bus operator for NY's MTA. This one guy came on my bus with a transfer and instead of him putting the transfer in the fare box, he slapped the transfer in my chest, so I got up and punched him in his chest and he went flying of my bus and onto the sidewalk. I did not lose my job either. Too many people saw what happen.

I concur with observations made. In addition,

Where is closed captioning when you would really love to see it?

Around here that event would be described as a good old East Texas ass-whuppin'; usually done in the parking lot of some high school or at closing time at a beer joint in some small town in the piney woods between here and Louisiana. Just one more fading tradition of rural America.

That bus driver cannot be married! Momma may have let it slide, but no self-respecting wife would permit a public figure like a uniformed MTA bus driver to leave the house wearing electric blue colored socks.

I hope everyone appreciated that the bus stop was Court Street.
