( From a NYC Next Door Neighbor site).....

Hi, everyone. On Fri, Sep 27 around 12PM, a motorist on an E-bike with his friend ran into my friend’s wife while she had our 8-month old son in the baby carrier strapped to her body. My friend’s wife and son had to be taken to the ER to due to the impact of the bike and the fall on the concrete ground. The two young men fled from the scene before police arrived. This happened on 98th Street between Jamaica Ave and 101 Ave in Woodhaven, Queens, NY. It's very likely that either one or both of the young men are students in a high school in Queens or a surrounding area. A picture is attached. If you know who these young men are, please contact me as this is an ongoing investigation. Thank you very much.

Prayers for a full and speedy recovery to the injured woman and her son. Cars have to be registered and insured as well. And guns have to be legally purchased and licensed in NY - but that’s only for people who choose to follow the law. And with no bail and no jail, who wants to follow the law.

I think they meant as said between Jamaica & 101 Aves on 98 St (meaning somewhere along the several blocks in between )....not to specific though....the camera photo has them going North against traffic on 98 St .
