MD to B9 loading up your box. Reported people on the fire escape

4 story MD rehab 20 X 65 class 3. Fire escape front and rear. Light weight steal C joist.

E-34 gave the 10-75

MD to B9 also getting reports of people on the roof

A lot can be learned from CIDS info. ‘Rehab’ sticks out in my experience, this building has gone through major renovations. The use of steel C joist wasn’t used hundred years ago when these buildings were built.
Front and rear fire escapes tells me there are apartments front and rear per floor. Notice in the video they have party fire escapes in the front to adjoining building, leads to believe there are goose neck fire escapes in the rear to to the roof.
The only info missing, as per R1 handi talkie message, is that there are duplex apartments. Looking at video there is a roof structure, probably the duplex level.
Just my thoughts and reminiscing back if I was working this fire.
