Ongoing now. 1901 Payne Street. Second alarm with HAZMAT, at least 1 trapped and 5 injured. Trapped occupant rescued, Units ordered to remain out of the building. Ammonia and other chemicals involved.

1 mile shelter in place ordered. Numerous homes in the area damaged.

Hazmats 1, 19, 21 (all three LFD has)

1545 Engines 5 and 2 returning to service

1618 Residences on three streets nearby checked. Extensive damage but no injuries.

1623: All occupants accounted for.

1628: Per the Mayor, 2 rescued, 11 hospitalized. No update on condition.
