Very very rare those dwellings get work. I remember passing by that address for years on the way to all the other boxes in the projects saying “wow we have peaked roof private dwellings in our area” and never remember even getting a run there.

Worked there, Build is block and brick , floors are pre fab concrete and the top floor ceiling is also concrete. The only wood is the plywood for the peak roof and 3 tab shingles.

Yea I didn’t mean actual private dwellings in terms of construction features, it was just so odd to see those in an area of Tenemants, Taxpayers, and 23 story projects.

There are similar dwellings on I believe Suffolk and Rivington which have a peaked roof if I remember correctly. Although who knows, every time I take a trip into the area there is a new 40 story high rise built somewhere lol
