Per the 35, hot work being done on the roof, fire is extinguished, they turned around rescue and squad then followed up and returned around the HAZMAT units as well. Sounds like it is UC.

Also Marine 1 was assigned on this, they just went 10-8 back to Manhattan. I think the normal marine response to a shore-based fire is two units, right? M6 and M1 in this case?
