0225 - E-205 - We have a manhole at Pearl and Prospect with active flames. We're going to block off the area.
0238 - Bn. 31 - We have some smoke and CO readings in the basement of 81 Prospect. Go with the 10-75.
TL-105 FAST
0252 - Div. 11 - All Hands (E-210, TL-119) - We have 400ppm in the basement. Still awaiting Con-Ed. Have TL-119 bring their 2nd piece with fans.
0308 - Div. 11 - We have increased CO levels in the basement and a 2nd manhole going. Can we get a priority response from Con-Ed?
0334 - Div. 11 - Con-Ed has just arrived. They are requesting that we flood one of the manholes. Still DWH.
0352 - Div. 11 - CO levels are dropping and we continue to put water in the manhole. PWH - Duration 1 hour 30 minutes.
