Units dispatched @19:12 to rear of 177 East Main Street, for a shed fire.

LCCC911 – Caller states a shed on fire with exposure issues @19:13

168-E3 – Shed has caught Exposures 1 & 2 on fire with entrapment in Exposure 2, tap out the 2nd Alarm @19:14

168-C3 – Put a rush on ALS, burn victim @19:16

168-C3 – Using 137-E3 as RIT, putting 149-R to work @19:18

168-C3 – Dispatch another ALS @19:18

168-C3 – Dispatch me a TL (149TL) @19:22

168-C3 – Setting up a TL on Main Street @19:26

This is a fire for large caliber streams initially. I know that water supply problems are a real factor, but this fire is beyond the capabilities of handline even 2 1/2" hoseline, at first. If manpower is a factor that is even more reason for an aggressive Exterior Large Caliber Stream attack at first. The member operating the handline on the upper balcony is in a very dangerous position. The stairway and the balcony are already fire damaged.
