Hennepin IL major incident

Hennepin IL and surrounding departments are involved in a massive fire @ Marquis Energy, an Ethanol producing facility. The on-scene response consists of a tender box to the fifth alarm, an engine box to the fifth alarm. In addition units are being dispatched from an hour way, 2 tender strike teams and 1 engine strike team, both consisting of 5 apparatus and a chief officer. Hennepin is just W of the LaSalle/Peru area or halfway between Normal and Rockford. Fire is in the fully involved maintenance shop, the ethanol facility is not threatened at this time.

Multi-county response with some up to an hour away. Mostly volunteer departments, I guess the response would be who could put a crew together and go.

This is the rundown for the strike teams. Division 38 Lee County Engines Sublette, Dixon City and Rural, Compton. Tenders Sublette, Amboy, Paw-Paw, Franklin Grove. Division 15 Grundy Engines Romeoville, Coal City, Troy, Morris, Minooka, Plainfield. Apparatus shot is from the mid 1980's
