Does anyone have a list of NYC-EMS Stations within the borough of Queens pre merger?

Queens was Rockaway, Elmhurst and Queens General. The last two mentioned here were based on the Hospital grounds. All numbered in the forty's. Let's see if this frazzled brain can recall......QGH was 45? EGH was 46? and the Rock was 41 I think.
