Hal Blaine was on drums. He played for many, many, many artists recordings aside from the Beach Boys. Glen Campbell besides guitar work on the Beach Boys recordings he also was a background singer on them.
Did you know that there really was no Tijuana Brass? The recordings were by a studio group called The Wrecking Crew who backed Alpert at sessions. The guys on tour with him were substitutes and if you listen closely you can hear a difference in the sound. Just in case you wanted to know, lol.
EMS Sta. 23 moved into the new building in Feb.2004 and E168 was formed and went into service in June of 2005. Squad 8's quarters are the former quarters of E154 which was disbanded, and Sq. 8 formed.
Nice people huh? As the Chief mentioned, that helmet could have been returned to the quarters it came from. The cost of a replacement came out of the member's pocket, and they weren't exactly paid well then.
