I know it is not due for replacement anytime soon but the quarters of E 248/ B 41 on Snyder Avenue, or what I call the "New House", was opened in 1972 when we moved from Church Avenue. That means the "New House" is already 51 years old. Time flies. LOL.

I remember Richie as a probie at E 248 back in 1963. His brother and son were both on the job. Great guy. I forget where he was a LT but he spent several years at E 248. I rode there as an Auxiliary from 1964 to 1973 and he was there most, if not all, that time.
