I was thinking permanantly, like 151 and 173. I heard something regarding certain tillers in that time frame and was curious if that may have played a part in it.

Also, someone may not have gone deep enough to fix that when they became a squad. I remember a similar issue back in the 90s when engine 294 was disbanded. Someone never took them off a 4th alarm assignment and Queens was calling them on the radio before someone realized what happened.

It's possible that it happened twice. When I first started with them in 91, there was no sign that I recall. I remember seeing rms in 173s bay on occasion. The red sign with white lettering showed up in about 93 or 94. Eitherway, the floors been fixed since the late 90s.
