    Interesting to note that the vollies had no rigs on scene and were fighting the fire with a garden hose. Wonder if the rigs were damaged by flooding or OOS for another reason?

    10-46 has been used pretty frequently for marine incidents (at least recently). At the 2:40 mark in this video you can hear Battalion 10 state that the marine units gave a 10-46 Code 2.
