Just like New York, the citizens (well maybe they are) in these cities (Chicago, DC, Detroit, LA, San Fran,...) elect these people. They get what they deserve...or vice versa.

So the relocator gets credit for two runs and a worker...anything else? During the war years there was a lot of controversy over who got credit for what as units were constantly moving around.

A different slant to an age-old question...L111 crosses the bridge to relocate at L1. (A lotta' "1s" there.) L111 then assigned to the local incident. Does does L111 get credit for a Run, Worker, All Hands and OSW or does L1 get credit for two of each category? Just asking...
