One of the most bizarre sets of buildings I’ve seen… you have two very large 7 story Class 3s but you need to go through the building at 430 East 138 to get to the one that abuts 137 street. Kinda seems like a pseudo Rear Tenement.

From the rundown the only close companies not assigned would maybe be 68 & 49 but it seems pretty equal for them and 43 59.
