Looking at this picture gives me chills. How many of use can remember fires like this one on a bitter cold day. Those Nomex or Rubber coats and boots did little to keep you dry much less warm.

This is a great idea, sending out quick Training Tips while incident/fire is fresh in the minds of the troops. I remember when advice or information was passed down by rumors and word of mouth.
