Wondering if 10-92 radio signal has been changed? I have heard a company officer & a chief officer give the following transmission: “10-18 for a 10-92 at box_”. Always thought a 10-92 gave “work” to the 1st Engine & Truck. Self explanatory. ????

Spoke to member & was told FT changed from 149 to 109. 250 there for lithium batteries. Whatever.

109 wound up FT, 149 remained in service. I guess Bn didn’t give All-Hands working, even though 2 lines were stretched. Extra engine & truck not assigned.

Because of Boro Park Hatzolla service, possibly.

See 148 to 169 & heard 109 to 156 & 131 to 172. Interesting, all 3 companies respond to fires in Sunset Park area. 114 only unit left.

Question: If an extra engine & truck are requested, before the all-hands is given, does it negate the 1&1 on the all hands being used, transmission?

Some of yesterday’s “5th” alarm relocations were unbelievable.

Believe 8th Div reported R5 entered bldg, 2nd fl heavy clutter. Correct?

Know why Hdqtrs stopped greater alarms & stopped at a 5th? Anyone? Curious.

Request for 4 more engines. Looks like a 6th alarm the old way.

Relocations above show L15 to 114, then 146 to 114. Not showing those units at 75.

What units responded on the 75? Noticed 2 relocators to 114. Anything going on in Sunset Park?

Just listened to audio & about 45-46 seconds in, a handie-talkie transmission of fire in exposure 2. Couldn’t make out unit transmitting.

I don’t see that in your rundown, maybe somehow missing it. I only see FC reporting fire in cockloft of exposure 4, a detached private dwelling & subsequent report citing exposure 4 likewise. Maybe Bn initially reported it wrong, but I don’t see it posted & haven’t heard any radio...

According to rundown by HC7, 42Bn transmitted a 2nd alarm & reported fire had extended to exp.4 across the alley. No mention of alley being exp.4, unless missed by HC7.

L172 gave the 10-75 & there a TL. Should be right in front of fire building since E330 on company medicals.

Will probably continue to, with Sunset Park being “overbuilt“.
