Tough block to get into as the precinct has closed access from broadway into 236 and all hydrants are blocked by vehicles, heavy congestion in that area due to parking for squad cars and on duty private vehicle. Looks like ESU 4 was blocked in by L37 ladder placement.
That’s correct depending on building location you can supply from other blocks, the complex is a looped system with one gravity tank and each building has a post indicator valve to isolate if repairs to system are needed. Again it been a while but I think there are 9 buildings inside the complex
