Unless I'm missing something, the satellites do not turn out with their normal company on their own first, second, third, and fourth due boxes, no? In these cases, I believe the backup company becomes the satellite unit. I could be wrong but this was my understanding

It seems to me that Tac 2 goes to a lot of calls on SI where the Tac wouldn't normally be assigned. They've been on a few AH lately where D8 asked them to be put on the box. Just a guess, but guessing since it is a unique area and they're in with the 8th, the Division tells them to self assign...
