Re: ADC, agree with all of the above, well stated by @NikFDNY. One example of this was the Twin Parks fire in the Bronx. That call had an ADC in the division and he remained in place throughout

Someone else may know all the criteria but as a starting point I believe anybody (BC or FF) in any of those units (RB, MB, HB, SB) have to be HAZMAT Level 2 trained. Not sure where they get their extra manpower when vacancies arise.
