5/12/24 Brooklyn All Hands Box 0856

Question: If an extra engine & truck are requested, before the all-hands is given, does it negate the 1&1 on the all hands being used, transmission?

5/2/24 Brooklyn All Hands Box 1192

Some of yesterday’s “5th” alarm relocations were unbelievable.

Request for 4 more engines. Looks like a 6th alarm the old way.

    4/29/24 Brooklyn 10-75 Box 3637

Relocations above show L15 to 114, then 146 to 114. Not showing those units at 75.

    4/29/24 Brooklyn 10-75 Box 3637

What units responded on the 75? Noticed 2 relocators to 114. Anything going on in Sunset Park?

    4/19/24 Brooklyn 10-75 Box 2686

    4/13/24 Brooklyn 10-75 Box 1550

Still again, wonder why CO didn’t ask Bn what they were using? Same thing at 10-75, 3371.

    4/13/24 Brooklyn 10-75 Box 3371

CO hasn’t asked BN or DIV what they were using, unless I missed it

    4/13/24 Brooklyn 10-75 Box 3371

I thought 3 trucks +the FT were supposed to respond? Fires only?

    Simple move.

I hear quite often the dispatcher trying to contact a unit on air & asking unit if they are responding to such & such a box, only to hear officer tell dispatcher, “No, nothing on the MDT, please send it”, followed by the dispatcher telling the unit to “ reset your MDT”. Dispatchers must...

    4/3/24 Brooklyn 10-75 Box 2553

Two blocks over, box 2554, 114, 2nd due on the box. From that, to not even assigned, unless elsewhere. Same for 40Bn.

    3/31/24 Brooklyn 5th Alarm / 10-66 Box 0270

Your comment about a multiple on arrival is, in my opinion, correct. What is happening now, especially at a job where it’s mere minutes before the next alarm is tapped in or special calls requested, makes sense, as long as relocating unit doesn’t give a bogus 10-10, just to go to the job...

    3/31/24 Brooklyn 5th Alarm / 10-66 Box 0270
