    Poor E228 turned around on both 2-2 and 3-3 because relocators were assigned instead. How the times have changed. The trend continues. I don't see the reasoning for leaving the 'first-due' neighborhoods with a large gap in services over and over when they transmit more alarms or special call units.

    The CIDS had nothing to do with the fire - the barges are like a mile away from the building in CIDS which is split between the SI3 district garage and the Richmond Boro Repair Shop - hence the lifts for heavy equipment
