Looks like the window the ov went into was a separate apt from fire apt. Going by the bathroom windows on opposite sides of fe and how big of an md it is. No idea what FF heard or saw wasn't there, just an observation. I know sometimes Fe can serve 2 separate apts or 2 separate rooms of the same...
