    Put them both at the CO, at least not far away and they don't really have to cage them up being in the middle of nowhere. Much better arrangement than 287 and 136. Or put them in the parking lot of the SI Zoo.

    This was the same barge from Manhattan that was pulled out of the building earlier in the day. This usually occurs daily as it transports all of Manhattan's paper recycling to Pratt Industries on SI for processing. Safe to say there wasn't much to process this day.
