    Was this rig in service when they were front to back in the Knickerbocker firehouse? It seems longer and I wonder if they'd fit front to back.

    I'd imagine that in So Fla where municipalities are breaking off that it is causing the larger original department to have to reduce staffing. Are the smaller newly formed municipalities absorbing staff that already in place?

    Connecticut Volunteer Fire Department Shuts Down

    Just from looking at Yantic's Facebook page they seemed to have been a thriving volunteer department, answering over 700 calls last year. There must be more to this story.

    RRV inservice for Cold Weather 2/1/26

    So the RRV's were to be going on cold exposure runs because EMS is in backlog? I don't imagine they can transport in the RRV and I'm assuming the members aren't putting homeless in the RRV to keep warm awaiting EMS. So what is their role? Hold the cold person's hand while they colder awaiting EMS?
