can someone explain to me what a Haztech EMS unit dose, are they hazmat techs, or is there something else that makes them more then a regular ems unit ie carrie special meds for hazmat pt's

are members assigned to a Haztech unit specialy trained to treat patients who have had contact with a hazmat substance? Also what dose hazmat 1 have on board, I heard it had a jaws unit but dose it also have contanment/clean up equipment or decon equipment?
