    A Moment in Time 8-10-1968

    Thanks for doing this! Moved from Decatur Ave in 1962.  Used to stop at 79/37 on my way home from SPNS on the Concourse.  In 1962 they had a 1951 WLF and the 1955 FWD TDA.  I often wondered what was replaced, when it was replaced and by what.  Anyone know if the 62 Seagrave 37's got was new or used?

    Tower Ladders in the Bronx

    With all of the taxpayer fires etc in da' Bronx recently, especially in the 27 and 15 Battalions, I thought that another tower ladder, say a 95' rig somewhere in the Fordham, Bedford Park areas would prove useful.  With 33 Truck frequently heading to 204th Street and places like Perry Avenue...
